Does RadioMaster offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our radio controllers, receivers, and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How do I update the firmware on my TX16S or Zorro radio?
Firmware updates can be performed using the RadioMaster Buddy online tool or by downloading the latest EdgeTX/OpenTX builds directly from their official repositories and transferring them via SD card.
What is the warranty period for RadioMaster products?
We provide a standard 1-year limited warranty on all radio transmitters and major hardware components against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging. Please note that used electronics or items with modified firmware are not eligible for return.
Are RadioMaster controllers compatible with TBS Crossfire or ELRS?
Most of our radios feature a standard JR module bay or internal ELRS configurations, making them fully compatible with TBS Crossfire, ExpressLRS, and other external RF modules.
