At RadioMaster RC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance radio gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all antennas, cables, manuals, and stickers that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our designated electronics service center.
Technical Inspection & Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality; approved returns will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
